Good Day,

i submitted a complaint 30 January about my phone being sent for repairs and found out that it only reached the service center after 10 days. it its now the 14th of February and still no Phone. my worry is when i enquired on Friday the 8th of Feb i was told the unit was received on the 7th of Feb. I asked for a loan phone since MTN is the one delaying the process. when i took my phone in i was told that it would take two weeks.

I am really unhappy about this service and want to know how i can cancel my contract with MTN sincewhat you tell your customers and what you deliver are not the same things.
