SHOCKING SERVICE

OnSaturday13April I took my Samsung Galaxy S3 in to Riverside MTN to have it checked as it was freezing up after a firmware update. After looking at the phone the gentleman told me that would have to be booked in for repairs and sent away, he also told me that they had no loan phones available so would have to be without a phone for 10 days. I explained to him that in my line of work that would be carreer suicide, I am a Occupational Health Safety Security and Environmental Officer and I am on Call 24/7. I work on a construction site- I do not use a PC EVERYTHING goes to my phone. He shrugged his shoulders and said "well we dont have any loan phones". I then phoned the MTN call centre 808 who were very helpful, a complaint was lodged. Two hours later I had already travelled 50km to get home when I got a call from Riverside MTN saying they had travelled into town and with much effort found me loan phone. I returned the following day Sunday 14th April to book my phone in and collect the loan phone. The phone has stopped working, I have no coms now, my samsung has been repaired and has been awaiting dispatch for 3 days now, everytime I phone I am told it will be here the next day???
