My fiance and I went to vodacom repairs in Cresta shopping centre as we had problems with our phones and we were told to back up our phones before booking them in and that no loan phones were currently available (this was on a saturday) and that we will be called on the following Monday when the loan phones returned. I waited 4 MONTHS and NO ONE contacted me at ALL. Yesterday (28/07/13) My Fiance & I went to Cresta repairs AGAIN and decided to hand them in regardless of loan phones. The person that booked in our phones said it will take 24-48 hours for our blackberrys to be ready. I contacted vodacom repairs Cresta today (29/07/13) for progress (seeing that they are TOO good to contact customers). I spoke to a lady (who's name escapes me) and she was rude, I told her that we were told our phones would be ready in 24-48hours she asked me if I ever read anything before i signed it as I signed t's&c's. I am not a child and should not be treated like one! She would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me like I was an invalid! While our phones are in for repairs we are not compensated for the days we do not have our contract phones. Currently we have no phones!
