On the 4th of November 2014 my phone was given in at Nelspruit 8ta for repairs. This phone was not even one year old when I started experiencing charging problems. I was told that the phone would be sent to Johannesburg for repairs and downtime would be at least 2 to 4 weeks. I asked if they could supply me with a loan phone and it was told to me that 8 at does not do loan phones. I left the office heavy hearted as I use the phone for business purposes and having to wait so long meant being out of contact with suppliers. Early December I get a notification to go and collect my phone from the branch. I stay out on a farm and had to journey into town.it was not repaired.it was sent back I than got a SMS asking to deactivate the find my iPhone today is the 24th of January and I still don't have my phone and due to a shortfall payment of R3 my account has also been suspended, after making arrangements and being agreed that the R3 will be added onto this account I even suggested that I would do a eft for the r3 as I need my phone pls help what to do
