A 3G contract which is paid regularly at a monthly instalment of R99, since its inception aprrox a year ago, was billed incorrectly in April when a sudden increase of over R3500 showed. MTN are refusing to give a breakdown of the sites that were visited over this period or what was downloaded - this is a consumer's right!
