MTN have not answered the questions asked in my previous hellopeter complaint:
1. Please confirm that MTN have given Mr Brian Morris a report showing the websites visited and the data downloaded over the period charged him for in question? (This 3G is set up to receive emails only when logging on and internet is never used for anything else.)
2. Please give Brian Morris proof that he received a phone call or email or any other form of communication before he was handed to your legal department VVM??
