I don't understand how can a big bank like capitec bank not be able to trace a payment? capitec bank is ' claiming I did not pay them for not serving a notice period which I paid in 2013 which they even took me to debt collectors without making thorough investigation. I am expected to produce proof of more than 18months ago. it is a shame indeed that a bank cannot make such investigation on their suspense account. i keep getting irritating calls from debt collectors as if am a bad payer.
