Brand new phone repaired and returned faulty again

In Sept 2013 I extended the contract on 1 of my 4 phones. After 2 weeks the phone stopped working completely. I took the phone to Sandton City for repairs. I waited patiently for 2 weeks before the phone was finally repaired. I collected the phone from Sandton City on 22 Oct 2013. On starting the phone I immediately noticed exactly the same problem. The phone failed to start. So in other words nothing was repaired and I once again sit without a phone. The big problem here is this phone is used by my wife to run her business and if this phone does not work believe me there is an immediate impact on sales and income to our family.

I have been a customer at Nashua Mobile for many years and before that a customer of Nedtel celluar before Nashua took over the client base. So what I am saying is I have been a loyal customer for many years. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I no longer want the phone or the contract extension. Nashua have not upheld their part of the agreement and it is as such null and void. I will move the line to a service provider who can actually deliver what I need. And if I dont get what I want I will cancel all 4 of my lines.
