Shocking Service

Virgin Mobile, cant seem to get it right in the customer service field. I contact them around the 15th to add another line to my current contract, Siyabonga assisted me to do this and was told he needed to get approval from Creditors etc, by the 18th all this was sorted and he contacted me to confirm everything was in order and by Monday (21st Oct) the courier will contact me to make arrangements for delivery. I've yet to receive a call from the courier or an sms about delivery. I called VM this morning first I'm told Siyabonga is not available to take my call and that my phone was collected by the courier on Monday, I call the courier and was told that they never received the phone at all. I called VM again and was told they made a mistake its wasn't dispatched and they don't have reasons why it was not dispatched they will get Siyabonga to contact me back during the course of the day! How hard can it be? No follow up calls no sms's no emails - suppose smoke signals will be asking for too much! I was told to log a complaint via their customer care email.. If they cant return a call or follow up on a new line whose to say they will respond to my complaint?
