I logged a fault on the 2nd October, informing Virgin that there is a R70.18 being charged to me, which is 512Mb which I never selected and also don't receive. Not too sure how long this has been debited as I don't receive statements. They said they will open an enquiry, and until today nobody has come back to me. I called last week and they said it will be sorted. I called in again today, and nobody can tell me what's happening, not even a manager available. I don't see as me being the customer to be calling in every time to check what is happening, after all the agents i spoke to said they will call me. the customer service.
