My Name is Verausha Rabilall. In September last year my husband had taken out a contract with Nashua Mobile in Pavillion. The phone that i had Got was a Black berry 9320. I had switched the phone on and the mouse pad was faulty. My husband had returned it the next day. I had to wait 3 weeks for a new phone.
3 weeks later i received a new phone, another blackberry 9320. After 4 months the phone stopped charging and refused to come on again. I took the phone back to Nashua Mobile and waited another 3 weeks for a new phone. The Third phone that I received from Nashua Mobile only lasted 3 weeks and stopped charging again. Now i was very upset and called Nashua Mobile. Reason being they are giving me reject phones, and i am still being charged for BIS etc in all those weeks that i do not have a phone. After the Third phone packed in they gave me a loan phone. This loan phone, kept freezing and the touch screen did not work. Everytime it froze, i had to take the battery out and re-start the phone which was of a great inconvenience for me.
I chat to my family and friend via the bbm, and not having a phone resulted in me purchasing additional airtime.
