Mr Finch reported his cellphone missing and submitted a claim. He was issued with a new phone after 3 weeks. However when the phone was opened the screen was cracked. He took the phone back to nashua who informed him it would be sent away for repairs. His complaint is - it is a brand new phone - why send it away to be repaired and why not issue a new phone. He has had this number for 15 years and it is the number used on the mine. They can only tell him "its in for repairs - don't know when it will be here". This is unacceptable and we feel that after being with a service provider for so many years a dire effort should be made to accommodate the client timeously. Please assist urgently
