I have recently returned my faulty phone to Nashua Mobile, since it stopped working - the screen froze. It was still withing the 24 month warranty periiod, and the contract had about 3 months to run before I could upgrade. I received a very basic loan phone - which could just about make a call and send an sms. 3 weeks later the phone was returned not repaired, citing 'water fumes' - which could have happened - as per the consultant - while being on the car's dashboard or in the sun!? They also refused - as a token of goodwill - to allow an early upgrade - but suggested I could take out another contract! I am seriously doubting renewing my association - of many years - with Nashua Mobile if my contract do become eligible for upgrading.
