My 3 month old Iphone can up with an error "insert sim card" i took the phone to Nashua Sandton. who sent it off for repairs. 3 weeks latter we were called to say phone repaired, when we went to fetch we noticed that it was till not working. At this point i was billed R150 for repairs. on further investigation, allegations that I had tampered with phone were made and I was told that the warranty was now void. Why would anyone tamper with a 3 month old phone which is under full warranty. I have reported this twice to the call center as well as several emails but it seems that Nashua is trying to get out of their responsibility to sort out my phone. The staff have been helpful but can not resolve the issue.
