I got the Samsung Galaxy S4 on the Mtn anytime 200 contract. When I first received my phone it took them almost 10 days just to register my phone which made it an expensive paper weight! After eventually getting the sim registered I haven't been able to use the phone to do anything it keeps on saying that the service has been suspened and if I phone them they say I have gone over my limit! How the am I over my limit if I can't even phone or sms!!! The contract plan includes R200 airtime, 200 sms's and 200 mg data of which I haven't been able to use for the past 4 months but the debit order goes off every month. I have been using my vodacom sim in the phone. They basically told me today that I have to up the limit to over R800 a month to be able to use it! Now the phone started giving battery problems I phoned Samsung and they said I must take the phone to a mtn shop the battery is under 6 months warranty so they must replace it immediately, only to get there and they inform me they want everything the phone came with and I have to hand it in for atleast 5 days and then they will let me know of the decision.!!! I will NEVER advice anyone to get a contract through mtn
