No reponse with regards to BIS

I purchased BIS for my blackberry through MTN however it does not work even though it has been activated. I went to the MTN Branch in Mall of the North Polokwane & after an hour I could not be assisted. I then logged a call 5 days ago at the Help desk & they said that there was something wrong with my GPRS & they filtered it through to the technical department who would contact me in 24 hours to assist. I phoned twice more & I was promised once again that it would take 24 hours. Nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I can only go onto Watsapp if I am at home & I connect to Wi-Fi however when I leave home I cannot use it even though I have airtime. The BIS is a total waste of my money as I cannot use it & there is no one that can assist me.By the time I get assistance my BIS will have expired and I am at my wits end as far as their service goes.
