Took out a contract with Nashua Mobile - Samsung S3 in May 2013. I had the phone for a month - then I had to phone them to lift my "softlock" they put on, to add extra airtime. Asked them, why do I receive a msg AFTER I reached my limit by R 100??? That is ridiculous! I do not phone from my phone, I only use msg and data. They send me a msg after I had used more than R50 over my limit - then I have to increase my limit with that R50 - in order to get the lock off??? I end up paying for this each month!! My cellphone cost me R 662 this month - I WISH I COULD JUST CANCEL THIS STUPID CONTRACT AND FORGET IT EVER HAPPENED!!! I DESPISE NASHUA MOBILE~ I cant even enter a simple code to check my airtime balance... its suppose to show: data available, airtime, messages etc... IT DOES NOT!! So how must I see I am near my limit?? WILL NEVER REFER OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM!!
