I phoned Autopage customer care on the 21st of October 2013. I spoke to Thuli about my October account that is incorrect. I explained to her that it is incorrect. She said it is for some sort of caller id that I activated.
The funny side of the story is that I did not activated the service and that my fiance's phone does not show the number that is calling it always says private number. This only started happening a month ago. She explained to me it is the caller id thing that i have to pay for which i understand.
But why all of a sudden charging me for a service that is clearly not working and why are you only charging me now after the contract has been active for more that a year?
I also asked Thuli to ask some one to phone me before the end of the business day.and i am still waiting
To every one out there save your self the the time and use another service provider. I will be cancelling my contracts in April 2014.
