I received a mail telling me i can upgrade in october, i went online to do so. called and got instruction on how to do so. there was apparently a glitch in their system, and its messed up alot of upgrades. called and sorted that out, never got one appology for the inconvenience caused. waited till nov to try again, got no joy. the customer service sux BIG TIME!!! i go online and see i can now upgrade no problem, i phone the online dept for help, and i get a recorded mesage telling me im not due for an upgrade!!! where is the communication in VODACOM???

i have threatened to cancel my 2 contracts more than once, and all they can say is ok then, this is how you do it.

i wonder if vodacom realises the more clientel they lose the less they make.

this SERVICE WAS PATHETIC.
