Lock of 4 lines

I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for over 10 years, but clearly loyalty counts for nothing. I have 4 lines on my account of which one of them belongs to my husband. My husband was not working for 2 months there was was unable to pay for 2 months his portion whereby I continued to pay for the other 3 lines. He has since found a contract and will be able to pay the area amounts at the end of the month. Vodacom disconnected all 4 lines, even though I try to explain to them. I also explained to them that I use my cellphone that they have locked for work... so guess what, even though I have been paying my portion of the bill I will proberbly get fired. Clearly loyalty gets you nowhere. I am actually due for an upgrade in November I will clearly consider Cell C or MTN. for the past 10 years I have been paying them over R3K a month, its so funny that they cannot offer me some understanding when I clearly have a personal issue. thanks for nothing!!!
