I reported very poor to no internet connectivity at the beginning of July '13. Currently running at 21.87kbps download and 11.44kbps download on a 91% signal strength!!!...
After calls and more mails on 17 July I received a reply plus request from CellC on 18 July. The relevant form was duly completed and returned.

Tried their Facebook pagBeen with CellC 5 years - cell and internet because of the good reception in our area.

Tried their Facebook page - had an amazingly quick response - with promises and apologies - and then just nothing - again.
We live in the bush and this connection is our only connection (EDGE of 3G at best)
