INCORRECLY BILLED AND LINES DISCONNECTED

I currently have 2 contracts with Vodacom. When i took out the second contract, i stated i wanted them to be seperate bills and not 1 account as 1 is for business and 1 is for personal use. I was assured that this was fine. I have since been told that it is NOT possible and have been given 1 account for these 2 contracts. I have also since found out that value added services have been added onto my bill every month which should not have been there. Now i find out that because of this, the amount i have been paying for my private use contract has not been enough (its a top up 400 contract) and is now in arrears of almost R1900 which is ridiculous!!! They have now cut both lines and i am losing out on a lot of business because of their incompetent lying staff! My business contract is up to date and still cut off!!! I am wanting to cancel my contract as Vodacom to me in order to take out the second contract but they are now wanting to rip me off with huge cancellation fees! Surely I am covered if I have been to by the supplier???
