Unfair billing procedure and bad customer service

Since May 2013 I was billed the same amount till 30/08/2013 when I was debited more than double my normal instalment. I queried this and they said that it is due to them billing me incorrectly for the previous months. Now who problem is this. And do you just go ahead and debit peoples accounts without making contact and explaining the situation. I accept responsibility and that is why I did not dispute the debit orders, which I could. All I want is for Altech to take responsibility and make contact with me. Ref: A130830737, A1309183775, A130628700, A1302262641. Not 1 phone call. When I called today I am told that matter resolved and closed. I think that as a very good paying customer I deserve a bit of customer service. I do think that they have the right to just debit your account without prior notice. I have fixed debit orders and did not budget for this. My car insurance debit order returned due to insufficiaent funds and I had o make alternative arrangements. the unpaid now reflects badly on my bank statement. The calls I made from my work telephone line actually got me in trouble for abuse of priviledges.
