I am so sick and tired of Cell C's Customer Service. If you call the call centre, you end up in Gauteng and the next time you call you end up in Kwazulu Natal and service consultants are in no position to render service of excellence. I have 4 contracts paid in full and up to date, in return I get ...%#... service.
My daughter, the proud owner of a BlackBerry Z10 one day sat down and when she stood up the phone accidently fall of her lap and cracked the LCD. I took the phone to Cell C at Garden Route Mall and the friendly service consultants send it to their technical department for a quote.
I was shocked to my ankels first of all to be quoted R5293.00 to replace the LCD. When prompt about the insurance they said to me it is self inflicted damage.
I AM FLABAGASTED, THEY NOW CHARGE ME THE MONTHLY FEES, No service benefits, no phone.
I left the phone at Cell C, Garden Route Mall, because there is no way I will fix it. Keep it for a good thought Cell C - South Africa.
