Very bad service for Cell C

On the 24/3/13 I took out a new contract with Cell C for a BlackBerry 9790 the phone was deliverd on the 31/5/13 by courier. After 5 working days my phone stop working, it does not switch on, only a battery with a cross appears on the screen. I have phone the so CALLED call center the same day and the lay said I must take the phone to the nearist shop and the will replaced the phone. Off I went to the East Rand Mall to change the phone but they could not help me. Again I phone the call center and was holding on for quite a long time. This time a lady said I must phone 084 145 option 2 on Monday morning and the will send the courier to collect the phone and replace it. I did phone the call center on Monday and once again the lady told me I have to go to the office in Sandhurts to replace the phone and off I went to the office with on help. Back at work I phoned the call center again and still every time it's a different story. So I am sitting with a phone wich does not work and all my contact number and bbm contacts is on the phone and I cant get it off the phone thank to Cell C.
No one can help me to get my contacts back, I have been phoning all aroud. THIS WAS THE LAST OF CELL C
