To remain with Cell C or to port-C is for clueless

About 3 weeks ago I used Cell C's sms function to check if I was due for an upgrade and the response was positive. I drove through to George from Knysna only to have the consultant, after 45 minutes of waiting and paperwork, advise me taht I was not due for an upgrade. He promised to order me the LG Optimus 7 before 1 May. This morning I phoned (takes some doing getting hold of the Garden Route store) and, true to form, nobody knew anything about the phone. I was told that they would phone me back within the hour, but some 4 hours later not a word. The same applies to 's customer care, a case of the proverbial against thunder.
