I am beyond furious. My daughter's phone went in for repairs now for the 2nd time which was no fault of hers. The phone just started messing around. When it came back from repairs it still did not work 100 % then recently when she wanted to charge it the whole mechanism where the charger gets plugged in moved. I get a phone call now from the Cell C branch in Blue Route mall telling me to fetch a broken phone as it is beyond repair. I want to know what's going to happen now because I am not paying for a contract phone which was faulty and now un -repairable by phone technicians which buggered it up. This is a serious matter and I want it sorted out. That phone must be replaced with a new one or the contract must be terminated, am I not right? How can I pay a contract for a year still... for a phone which I do not have???
