WORSE SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

I have been waiting for my contract to be approved for OVER 3 WEEKS NOW. and i still do not know what is going on as no one gets back to me. the handset is still not even on its way to me. i have to hold on the phone for close to an hour at times before i even speak to a person, i never get though to Phukeng as she is always busy, i have left numerous messages, she does not get back to me. its like you people think i am joking when i say i want a contract!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH RIDICULOUSLY DISGUSTING AND SLOW SERVICE! and i work for a service provider.
