Horrible service

I have been trying to cancel my contract with virgin mobile for 2 days and have been on hold to speak to the cancellation department for over 30 minutes, then they put the phone down. tried again this is now my 6th try and after leaving messages. there is no manager that I can speak to, there is no one with authority that can help me? worse service I have ever received by any company. I don't advise any one ever use virgin mobile.
