Hi

I do not understand this at all, yesterday they told me they have activated my BIS, and still why did it charge on the air time, megabytes and sms's. I am really not happy about your service and what is worse is that all the agents are giving me different feedback and that does not look professional from where I'm standing.

I have had it with Virgin mobile, first it took so long to deliver my phone and I had to call you fives times without anyone getting back to me and finally I got my phone and it has all complications, first it took time to be Rica'd and after that the following day I have lost 30 sms's, R150 airtime and 100MB.

How can you ridiculously explain this? I have used blackberry before but I have never used even R50 for downloading (This includes large files) and this is the explanation you can give me? You must be joking.

I would really like to complain or if this is how Virgin mobile works than I would really like to return the phone.
