20 OCTOBER PURCHASED 1 GB INTERNET BUNDLE WITH *141*2# AND GOT SMS CONFIRMATION AT 09H47. THERE WAS R158 AIRTIME STILL AVAILABLE ON THE CELL PHONE. LATE AFTERNOON AN APP WAS DOWNLOADED FROM THE PLAY STORE BUT MTN HAD NOT UTILIZED THE LOADED BUNDLE RATHER USED MY AIRTIME INSTEAD . AFTER EXPLAINING THIS ON THE 808 HELP LINE WAS ADVISED THAT THE APPLICATION WAS DOWNLOADED AT 09H18 WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND WAS TOLD NOTHING CAN BE DONE UNTIL THE BILL ARRIVES WHICH MEANS I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OUT OF AIRTIME. I AM NOW LEFT WITH R32 AIRTIME!!! AND UNABLE TO ACCESS THE 1GB.
