On Friday the 18th of October 2013 at 1pm I cancelled my contract which was expired and told the mtn consultant to move it to prepaid. He told me this will take between 2 to 24 hours and I will not be able to use my phone until the process was complete. After 24 hours my phone is still not working I cannot make or receive calls. I have called MTN numerous times but they keep telling me conflicting stories. It's now 2 days and I still cannot receive or make calls. I have phoned MTN again but no resolution has come. Seems like the consultants and their supervisors don't care or do not have sufficient tanning. I cannot use my sim card and do not know what to do. Can someone please assist and be honest about what's going on.
