I purchased MTN airtime on 2013/06/30 as advised by the Cashier that there is a R50 MTN airtime voucher available. This is new to me as I recently upgraged my contract to a MTN Topup contract. (So i do not know the MTN Voucher airtime values. I was then given the airtime voucher and loaded it onto my cell only to find out that the voucher was a 200 SMS bundle. When I approached the store Manager (Piet) I was told that I had asked for the SMS bundle!!! why would I need 200 sms's when my mtn cell contract comes with 20 sms's??? I have been shopping for 13 years at this store but walked out yesterday when I was told that I requested for an sms bundle. Is this the service we receive?
