Top up received without my bundle

I've received my R200 topup but no internet bundle of 150MB was included. ive downloaded 2 items of less then 40MB each and made 1 phone call. within 30 min I lost R130 airtime. This is a complete rip-off. Why should my airtime be deducted if I was suppose to have data on my sim. This is unacceptable
