Missing Airtime

I recharged with R1000 airtime in January. I only use this number in my 3G card for the internet. I purchased a R249 data bundle in January, and the 2nd one in March, as I do not want to purchase a big bundle, as it would expire. I had R645 airtime left. I knew my bundle would expire the end of April, and decided to finish it. Last night when I checked my bundle, I had 125MB left. I then phoned 082 155 where I was on u useless 10 minute call with an agent, who said I used the R645 airtime form the 21st of April up until last night. Now how in the is that possible??? If I haven't spent so much time on the internet, and if I had a active data bundle as the data bundle should be used 1st, as I get a message saying, u have 3MB left, data will be deducted from your account now. And I NEVER received this message!!! I am so off!! if it was R100 that would be understandable, but R645 is ridiculous!! I want to know where my Airtime is and I want it re-instated IMMEDIATELY!! This is utter!!
