False info given & differrent feedback from 2 ppl

I loaded airtime on the 18th Oct. Received 4 whatsapp msg, no calls or outgoing msgs made, but lost R6.37.Called call centre to enquire. The 1st agent tells me that according to her records I made 10 calls, but can't tell to which numbers, while my phone shows no outgoing calls between the 18th and now. I asked her to hold, and she cut the call while I was checking my own records.2nd call made a few minutes later, at 00:23, got through to Ndumiso, whom I told about the 1st call, & he tells me that according to his records, the airtime was lost through internet connection when receiving the messages. He could not tell me how much it costs to receive a plain whatsapp msg or how much it is to be online for a minute or less, or even how much I used on the internet each time, as he said he could see that the airtime was used for connection. He was rude in tone, and referred me to the mtn website for logging a complaint, which was also a false referral as I could not find any complaints part on their website. I want to know how the airtime just vanished. Is this how MTN milks money out people? It even seems like the call center agents have bn trained to to clients. I think it might time to jump ship.
