I was on a MTN 500 TopUp, I requested 2 months ago to be upgraded/migrated to the 750 Unlimited (not the TopUp) so that I would have sufficient airtime based on my average monthly usage and the that I should never be in a situation of not being able to make outgoing calls.

Either the Melrose branch failed to submit my request correctly or whoever handles processing such requests.

Right now I have no outgoing calls, email and bbm, when I try to make an outgoing call it tells me I have insufficient airtime to make calls, forcing me to buy airtime.

I immediately called the Call-centre on Thursday 4 April, who brought the above situation to light that I had not been upgraded/migrated as per my request, they said it would be sorted out within 24 hours. I called again on Friday 5 April, told it would be processed.
It is now Monday 8 Aril and nothing has changed, and to make things worse, it now won't even allow me to load airtime! I can't make outgoing calls at all!

My wife and I have had several bad experiences with Autopage of a similar nature to the above, I'm a long-standing customer and I find the service pathetic and atrocious!
