On Friday the 20 Sept I recharged my prepaid fone with R180 airtime. I then borded a train Gauteng to Mosselbay... there was poor netwok connection and the battery was flat. The calls that I made that could not have reaced R50 hence there was poor connection. To my surise when I was checking my airtime on arrival the following day I only had R20 left... I them contacted 173 to query what happened. The agent that assisted me told me that there was a charge of R60 for internet connection (which internet connection as there was no connection at all in the train to connect to internet). BIS (R59) and few calls, I then requested that he email me the info that he has to prove it to me and he says they are not allowed to do that, I then requested to be transferred to a supervisor he did as I was holding for a supervisor I got disconnected... I then call again and the lady answered and put thru to another supervisor and the same thing happened.. m so disgusted with the service offers its clients. what I want I want my airtime back as well as the statement of calls and internet usage that I got billed for.
