On 29 and 31 Aug I purchased airtime of R180 respectively. On either date, the airtime did not reflect. The purchase made on 31 Aug happened at 8:47pm after which I made no phone call and continued to struggle to connect to event whatsapp because the airtime did not reflect. After numerous calls to customer care I'm told that the airtime purchased at 8:47 pm was all used up by 8:49. 2minutes, according to mtn costs R180!! Each time I call in to query this I'm given different information and no one has yet assisted whats more, each time I call, I'm treated like a criminal, being asked to repeat the same story I've been telling since 12:30 this afternoon, as if to catch me out in some kind of lie. MTN has the worst service ive ever experienced and what they are doing is unacceptable!!!
