So question is, why did I take an uncapped line if

Ive seen this problem is now not just my problem but alot of people complaining about the same thing.
I have an uncapped 1mb line from mweb and im randomly lately getting throttled by mweb every month.

Sure i download on a daily basis but my downloads run at full speed in day time 4kb/s and at night if im lucky it jumps up to 40kb/s. If one compile the numbers, my downloads daily is a max of maybe 1GB per day! Not the 5GB some of you claim we do.

We even stopped downloading from last month and still got throttled this month. Throttle is most likely not the word, i believe (and everyone having this complaint will agree) CRIPPLED! I have to wait almost 30mins for 3 emails to come in that's under 500kb. Never mind FaceBook takes almost an hour just to open. I work from home, I lose clients if I don't get them their stuff on the deadline to the deadline and you guys throttle us just before this happens.

To me as a consumer, it seems like you trying to get people to upgrade their accounts and using this throttling business as an excuse to get people to do so. If i wanted to upgrade, i would have.

I really find this high unacceptable. Mweb, what's wrong with you lately?
