Upgrade Fail

I contacted Cell C on the 20th September because I was due for an upgrade. I selected the S4 mini and the contract was made out accordingly but when my new phone was delivered I received a S3 mini. I contact cell c and they advised that I needed to send the phone back to them. In the mean time my BBM was already deactivated from my old contract and I am finding it impossible to use the internet on my phone.

The incorrect phone was collected on the 27th by Ram and according to tracking it was delivered to Cell C on the 30th. To date I have had no response from Cell C. When I phoned them they told me they still have to evaluate the condition on the phone. IT WAS A SEALED PHONE!!! How can it take 5 days to evaluate?

I wish I can just cancel this contract as I do not feel like putting up with this kind of service for another 2 years. They make a mistake and I have to pay for it! Unbelievably terrible service!
