Left in the dark

I upgraded my contract with Cell C 10 January 2013, been with them for 6-8 years now, no problems overall, except with their service centre that leaves you in the dark and then also the franchise (Centurion this time) in turn does the same. Had my Samsung Galaxy S 3 only 20 days when it started heating up and losing battery power, like crazy. Took it in for repair or to be checked out, was told it will take 7 to 21 days. I'm fine with that, but I was left completely in the dark about the process no feed back that the phone is in or that their looking at the problem nothing, not even that the phone is being sent back to the franchise shop in Centurion, get a phone call 23 working days later (yesterday 06-03-2013), the phone has returned, hopes are up I getting my phone back, pure joy. Yet no battery was returned, where it clearly stated that battery was sent with it. No I have to wait possibly 2 more days of complete darkness as Cell C does not give feedback on the process. I feel that I am paying my contract and I am paying for an expensive phone, the least Cell C can do is keep me in the loop of what is happening with it, and return everything sent in.
