Purchasing 2 contracts with MTN 2 weeks ago has never been so difficult. I still do not have confirmation on what I bought and their call centre cannot tell me either. I now sit with a new phone which I cannot use and nobody will sort it out. I keep on having to chase the store manager to find out what is being done. I have now just got off the phone with her and I have been told they will launch an investigation into this... in the meantime I cannot use my phone. Is there anybody out there who can actually help me?? or do I have to move to another cellphone provider?
