Earlier on this year I was phoned by CELL C and they offered me a cellphone contract for a samsung Galaxy S4, I agreed and they delivered the wrong phone to my home whilst I was at work. I called them and they sent a courier company to come and collect the phone with the promise of contacting me after a week and sending me the correct phone. Nothing happened after a week but they started debiting my account for the agreed amount. after about 2 months I decided to follow up again and they promised to get back to me by the close of business on that day. A further one month passed and they still did not get back to me.
What they have been also doing lately is debiting my account for twice sometimes 3X the amount we agreed on and I still have got no Phone after 5 Months.
