I am not at all happy with the iPhone 5 launch that you guys had during December. I have been waiting for over a month now (applied on the 5th of Jan) for the iPhone 5 (16gig) and still have not received it.

I was told, the day I went to pre-order, that the phone should take about 1 - 2 weeks to be delivered and as this didn't seem long I agreed to wait for the phone. Two weeks had past and still no phone, didn't get any confirmation sms or anything confirming that the phone was on its way. I finally called to the store by which I had ordered, only to find out that they had made a mistake by not placing my name and details on the waiting list for the phone.

The phone that I was using in the meantime has now broke, leaving me without a phone for work and other things which is why I feel that I am getting to the point of just staying with MTN and take out their contract as they seem to have stock of the phone.

I would expect proper service after all I am a new prospective client to the network. Will need to get a definite answer soon as to when the phone will arrive.
