Telkom's continued incompetence

Telkom continued to not pay the money they owe me. I paid a R700 deposit and they refuse to pay it back even though I have paid my final account. I have numerous reference numbers and every time I call back and complain they say the issue has been resolved but it hasn't and no one contacts me. We need some more competition in this country this is. When I complained on hellopeter before telkom say email us but do not leave an email address, its a copout so that it looks like they're doing something about the problem. Give me back MY money
