On the 18th of October I went to Cell C kolonade mall in pretoria to ask for assistance with my new Samsung Galaxy S4. On arrival I explained my situation to a guy who immediately said my phone should be sent in for 21 days I asked if he could first look at the phone to see if there was not a setting that was maybe incorrect. He immediately said no and called someone else next a lady came out I explained my problem again she said OK and walked away never to return. After standing a while Barry asked if he could assist me, again I explained he then took the phone showed me what was wrong and changed the setting without further problems. IT TOOK BARRY JUST A SECOND OF HIS TIME TO HELP ME AND I WAS HAPPY. MY QUESTION IS WHY WAS I TREATED WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM THE START. I THANK AND APPRECIATE THE HELP I GOT FROM BARRY BUT FOR THE REST I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED AND WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK
