On Monday 30 December 2013 I posted a complaint on Hellopeter to try and get my refund out of Telkom. The complaint was as following:
"I have been trying to get my refund out of Telkom for weeks.
I have a credit of R1763.71 in my Telkom account and I want it transferred back into my bank account. Telkom is in blatant terms my money. I get transferred between consultants all the time to no avail and it is costing me lots of money in phonecalls.
Please assist me. I want my money back"
My services had since been effectively cancelled and Telkom is now sitting with my money, still not giving it back to me after numerous emails sent to them in correspondence with my refund.
Telkom, you are taking my money that does not belong to you. I want that refund reflecting in my bank account by the end of the week. This is utter nonsense. In blatant terms this is on your part. Give my money back!
