Contract expired still being charged

HI, I had a contract with vodacom I paid R100 for two champ phones on contract this expired December 2012. I received a call to ask for upgrade i advised not at this stage, However I noticed in January and February 2013 that my account has been debited with R400, of which I called the Call Centre I was transferred to Collections in Jo'byurg they said they never received a fax, I then faxed. then the next month again R200. they told me they never got the fax (now i havent used the contract phone) then they said they will enter on the account to cancell I spoke to the team leader. ( the customer service was bad) This happend again a month after now Vodacom has me out of R800 which I had no benefit of their service. and I paid them in for two years without skipping a month. I went to my bank to do a stop order. which I had to pay additional R70. I am so stressed and dissapointed I dont have know what to do. I received a letter this week which was issued 25.09.2013 but only received it 14.10.2013 final demand letter that I owe Vodacom R700... you tell me for what???
