I have complained here before and that seemed to get telkom to respond.
My problem is with internet gaming i have telkom as an isp and during the day i get ping of 500-700ms where its usually 200-220. this is ridiculous, other isp's (which have to use telkom's lines) DO NOT have lag issues, THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!! i complained about this same problem last time and it was resolved. i would like the same to be done here. I have complained numerous times on the telkom facebook page with no response or help from telkom. I am also not the only person to complain about this. I also noticed that telkom ignores the messages i post on their facebook wall and continue to upload stuff hours after i posted. I DO NOT PAY OVER R500 a month to have shoddy service like this! FIX IT
